Our system is designed so that you are up and running in less than 72 hours
The entire team is with you on a WhatsApp group dedicated especially for you where you will be able to access the full team’s expertise in training, nutrition, injury prevention, habit changing, motivation coaching and much more
Every two weeks we request your pictures as well as a body composition analysis and a detailed description of what happened with all your activities in the past two weeks. From there we take a decision on what we will do the upcoming 2 weeks.
During your travels we customize the program to the gyms available and what you will eat during your travels and will remain with you throughout the process.
The program is suited for all levels. The idea of the program is that you feel that we are literally with you in the gym and at home. We even request that you send us videos of your training to ensure your intensity is at the correct level and your form is at the correct level.
Your training will be posted the application with a place for you to log all the weights so you can continue to improve progressively. Your meal plan will be sent to you based on all your meal requests in our WhatsApp group so that you can easily have access to it or forward it to others.
