Sara used to feel that her body tired easily, to the point where even simple tasks felt very demanding. She didn’t know the reason behind her constant fatigue and thought it was only related to weight gain, but in reality, her lifestyle as a whole was unorganized. She often slept late, woke up late, skipped meals, and relied mostly on fast food. Over time, she liked her body less and felt that her routine didn’t support her progress — not only did she want to lose weight, but she wanted to restore her energy and reconnect with her body.
The most difficult weeks were the first ones. Sara tried to change habits she had lived with for years. Her body wasn’t used to healthy eating, and she often felt tired because she wasn’t used to lower sugar and fewer snacks. She also found it challenging to organize her day, especially since she wasn’t seeing fast results at first, which made her lose confidence. However, despite all this, she stayed committed and focused on completing her journey.
We started with a simple, stable plan. The priority was organizing her day — a fixed sleep schedule, a specific wake-up time, a set breakfast, and a clear mealtime routine. Once her system started improving, we moved on to improving the quality of her food. For meals, we focused on easy and flexible choices. Each meal contained a source of protein, such as eggs, chicken, or fish, along with a healthy carbohydrate source like oats, potatoes, or rice. We reduced sugar and snacks as much as possible and replaced them with fruits or healthy alternatives whenever possible. We kept her workouts light at first — simple strength exercises to help her build stability and strength. Gradually, we increased the difficulty once she started enjoying the process. We focused on exercises that boosted metabolism and helped her burn fat, with a sustainable weekly routine she could complete comfortably. On the mindset side, we helped her change her relationship with food and break emotional eating patterns. We used weekly check-ins to track her progress, which helped her understand her feelings, triggers, and improvements — a key step in preventing setbacks.
After three months of real commitment, everything changed. Sara lost 14 kg, but more importantly, she regained her energy and confidence. Her skin improved, her sleep got better, and her digestion became more regular. Even her clothes fit differently, and she felt more balanced and comfortable in her body. But the best part was how she felt inside — she became stronger, more organized, and able to maintain her lifestyle in a healthy, balanced way that wasn’t dependent on a temporary plan.
